Acceptable Use Policy
The hall is a communal asset and any use of it must be acceptable to the community in which it is located. To ensure fair treatment of all proposed bookings, we set out our acceptable use policy for all to see.
Community Policy
As a member of lts local community, the Hall strives to be a good neighbour. Our community policy sets out our approach to managing our impact upon the neighbourhood in terms of noise, parking,, litter, etc
Accessibility Policy
As a community asset, the Hall should be open and accessible to people of all abilities. Our accessibility policy sets out what people with special needs can expect from the Hall.
Safeguarding Policy
Our safeguarding policy sets out our approach to ensuring tha tthe Hall provides a safe space for children and vulnerable people

Our policy regarding use of the hall and its facilites during the on-going global pandemic
Privacy and Data Protection Policies
When you entrust your details to us via any of our online forms, you have rights as to how we store,, process, manage and use your personal data. Our privacy policy and data protection policy set out how we will meet our various obligations, including under the UK’s general data protection regulations.
Environmental Policy
Our environmental policy explains our commitment to the sustainable operation of the Hall in terms of recycling and habitat conservation and other good environmental practice.
