Facilities at Thorpe Hall

We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Main Hall

Capacity: 150 people
Pricing: £15.00 per hour

A spacious and versatile venue ideal for large meetings, parties, banquets, receptions, exhibitions, performances, quiz nights, and indoor sports. The hall features a stage (self-assembly required), air conditioning, a lockable serving hatch to the kitchen, and four UK power sockets.

Dimensions: 18m x 9m (total area: 162m²; usable area: 109m²; height: 6–7.6m)
Capacity: Up to 20 tables and 120 chairs, or 150 chairs without tables.
Default Setup: Empty (no furniture laid out).

Private hire: gives you exclusive access to the kitchen to prepare and serve food and/or drink. It can act as a bar for functions in the main hall.

Rectangle tables seat 6 Max

The main hall has a stage. If you require the use of this you must erect and dismantle it within your booking slot. This takes one person ten minutes, less with two people.

Meeting Room

Pricing: £11.00 per hour

Our meeting room has the maximum capacity of 36 people. It has the option to partition the room into two smaller spaces using a centre screen if required.
